With much thanks for all who replied, here is one final question... (I hope this thread has been helpful to others besides me.)
Are USB hubs 'generic' ? They are cross compatible for both Macs and PC ? Since I have the s900 shoved in a vented nook in order to cut down on the fan noise, it's a pain in the butt to access the back. I will probably need to pick up a (powered) hub for convenience sake.
