Now that I've got the new drive up and running with 9.1 and 10.2, I've started wrapping up the migration from the old C600. I have one problem.(so far) The Sony cd burner that is hooked to the IDE pci card is unbelievably slow with the new OS installs. I mean slow to the point that I walk off and come back 15 minutes later to see if the cd that I put in the drive is finally up on the screen or not. It won't read RW's at all. I installed the extensions from Toast 5. Do I need some kind of driver upgrade to make this Sony drive usable?
