[SM] Panther Mail problems

Sorry about the double posting. Panther mail is having problems on my 
G4 (was G3 before a Sonnet Encore/ZIF G4 ! GHz transplant). I use 
default text. But this list and another list have rejected my posts. I 
get the message:

 Your message cannot be posted.
 It is composed using the 'windows-1252' character set,
 and this list accepts ISO-8859-1 only.
I used DiskWarrior 3.0.1 so maybe that fixed things. If this message 
gets posted, we won.
