Most, (but unfortunately not all) Wireless-G (or 802.11g) routers can also talk to 802.11b equipment, like the WET-11.
Check the brand and model number of your wireless router or access point, and refer to the manufacturer's documentation or website to see if it is downward-compatible. If so, you're all set, if not, you can try to find a wireless bridge for the 802.11g network that you have, you can look at the 802.11g wireless "game adaptor" that linksys sells, seems to be a bridge from what I can tell.
