[SM] Ram identity question?

This is a question that most on this list probably know, but I have several 
ram dimms and other misc. memory parts that I cannot identify. I know they 
came out of some of my C500's, but is there a way to identify them without 
loading them into the machine and looking at the profiler? I guess I never 
learned how to read the small numbers on them, sorry if this is a dumb 
question.
