No. Apple changed the bus architecture between the Yikes! G4 (uses ZIFs) and the Sawtooth G4 (uses ST modules). From what I've been able to gather, bus arbitration is different to handle multiple G4 processors on the same bus, though that's probably not the only difference. Apple isn't exactly as open discussing their machine architecture as their PC counterparts. On a lesser-important note, the sockets are different ;). On the plus side, IBM is continuing to develop 750xx processors and ZIF manufacturers are continuing to bring them to us. On an unrelated note, we're probably never going to see G5 upgrades for any machines since the PPC970 uses an IBM proprietary bus, has a steep current demand, and dissipates slightly less heat than a Pentium IV Prescott.
