What kind of video card should I look for?
The best pci video card seems to be the Radeon 7000 (although the original Radeon pci, some flashed PC Geforce 2s, and flashed PC Radeon 7200s and 9100s are also good). I think something that supports quartz extreme would be good for you because it would take a load off the processor, and it needs at least 16MB of video ram. I think that there is a hack to make it work with pci video cards. Flashed PC Radeon 7000s seem to be a good deal because they are cheaper than the official Mac version; they can be had for $60 or so on ebay if you don't want to do the flashing yourself. Hope that helped.
