Peter is a terrific guy. I have some very complimentary mentions of him in the SuperMac Insider's History section. Very down to earth, insisted on meeting all new employees personally, very approachable, frighteningly intelligent, but also realistic -- he knew what UCC had that was great, and he didn't delude himself that the junk (the never-shipped PC line from "Umax Labs") was anything special. I also had the privilege of working with the guy in that role at Apple previously, Tim Bucher, back at Microsoft/WebTV. Another very nice guy. It's a small valley.
