Exactly right. For this kind of money you can get a decent G4 machine on eBay. I have an S900 also - Radeon 7000, Sonnet G4/450, 700 megs ram, IDE/66 card and drives, etc. It runs 10.3.8 I think. It's OK, but my G4/500 Blue & White G3 is *much* faster. Faster bus, faster PCI slot for video card, built-in USB and Firewire, it's OFFICIALLY supported for OS X, etc. I *was* thinking of getting a 1 ghz G4 for the B&W, but after yesterday's announcements (Intel Inside Macs), I'm finished putting money into these PPC Macs. Unless of course, the 1 ghz G4 Sonnet cards drop to fire-sale prices - $350 is way too much. Dan
