Hi. I just installed OS X 10.2 on my S900. (You can see my earlier post re:
Disk Warrior and OS X if you want). The installation went smoothly and OS X
came right up and appeared to run w/o any problems. I next installed the
upgrade, 10.2.8 combo, downloaded form Apple's site. Upgrade installed
smoothly. Computer asked me to restart to finish the installation. I did. OS
X came up, but when the little horizontal bar below the logo was completely
filled as you boot up, instead of the desktop appearing, all I get is a
cursor on a blue screen. I remember reading about this problem on the list,
I think, but I didn't pay much attention because I wasn't running OS X at
the time. Any suggestions? Thanks.
