the 'hypothetical' responses not withstanding, i have tried three
different manufacturors of USB 2.0 cards in my S900, and NONE of them
function at all under OS 9, contrary to the makers claims. one made by
VIA, one made by IOGEAR, and some other one, i forget the name. i
bought them because i wanted more than 2 ports on one card, and i
couldn't find a PCI to USB 1.1 card with 5 ports. they do not work at
all in my S900. the computer does not see them, according to system
profiler, they are not there. if anyone actually has one that is
working under OS 9, i'd be very interested to hear who, where, what and why.
