My 8600 is running 9.2.2 (using OS9 Helper, available in the OSX
section of macsales.com among other places). It definitely sees the
two 128mb RAM it has (along with a handful of 64s and even some
leftover 32s to fill in the gaps.)
I hadn't really thought about interleaving, but it turns out that I
have A1/B1, A2/B2, and A3/B3 paired, and only the A4/B4 mismatched.
It's pretty stable this way, so I don't think I'll mess with it.
