Although all the browsers that I know will tolerate this, RFC 2616 says that 
the Location header should be absolute.  Chris and I previously wrestled with 
this one and decided to adhere to the spec as best we can.  We're planning to 
add a new option in supervisord.conf so that the prefix can be specified.
