Supervisor will send the stopsignal and then wait stopwaitsecs (default 10) 
for the subprocess to exit.  If the subprocess does not exit after 
stopwaitsecs, then Supervisor will send it SIGKILL.  If Supervisor is not 
waiting long enough for your subprocess to exit normally, increase 
stopwaitsecs to an adequate value.
