Hi again, there is no error in error_log, nor in any other log,
interestingly suphp.log doesn't exist! Yes, I did indeed restart
apache from a simple graceful all the way down to shutting it down,
waiting 30 seconds and then restarting it (apache that is, not the
machine)...
The problem I have is that suPHP'ed php scripts still appear to be
running as apache and not the designated username (ltp in this case).
