With mpm-itk I can have a each instance of webserver running under a virtual
user but what about php script?

I want some restriction for example:

People can't put a file with 777 permission. If it's the case an error will be
displayed if I have SuPHP.

That's why I want to combine mpm-itk and suPHP

My goal is to have 

- PHP script run as each virtual user
- Webserver run as each virtual user
- More control about file permission using suPHP
