Don't know about your platform. In RedHat there are two files and it depends on how suphp was built/installed. One of them is a global, and one in the apache configuration. The best bet is to "find / -name suphp.conf –print" You can restrict the search to say /usr, /opt, or /etc but the command given will eventually find them all. :-) HTH
