Hello, We would like to troubleshoot over emails first if you don't mind.
Could you send us the bootlogs (from serial port) for both cameras? * Since the cameras are NC353L-*369*-5C - they have a serial port on the left side covered by a small plate - the bigger port (6P6C) is the serial port. Alternatively, you can remove the whole top half cover. * Serial cable - we shipped at least one - it's a 3-part serial-to-USB assembly. USB end goes to PC, use minicom or putty or other serial port program. The serial port settings: > Speed: 115200 8N1 > RTS/CTS: None > XON/XOFF : None When you connect to the serial port - just reboot to get the logs. Please, let me know if you have any problems.
