Oleg, thanks for the update, I tried this with two 359 boards but it has no (immediate) effect - I get the scrambled/black image combination as always.

I suspect that the SDRAM chip has gone: Switching the camera via the camera control interface to a single channel (1) shows a live image. As soon as I switch to channel 2, I get a few black pixels at the top with one of the boards, the other one shows an image portion (~1/4 frame) of the other camera  but the transfer freezes immediately after that.

Do you have a replacement board available? I wrote to sales@ but got no answer. Please contact me directly, thanks!

The attached file worked for me. Set phase value to 44. See line 364:

    *elphel_set_P_value(ELPHEL_MULTI_PHASE_SDRAM, 44,
    elphel_get_frame());*
          }

    Hm, indirectly yes - I cross-tested with another 353 cam heads
    (with its own fpc) and different mux boards. The mux boards in
    question consistently fail.

    Will start testing your proposals tomorrow morning!

    Meanwhile I've asked your sales about replacement boards as we
    urgently need a solution

    Thanks very much for your quick responses - really appreciated!

    Have you tried swapping the cable between the mux board and the
    system board?

        Hi,

        MULTI_PHASE_SDRAM is indeed not stored in any firmware.
        Instead it's remeasured every boot by the driver
        (drivers/elphel/multisensor.c)--
