We are starting this mailing/discussion list to provide better technical support to our users, to reduce the number of duplicate explanations we have when replying to the individual emails. With growing number of customers it became a necessity to improve the efficiency of our support, so we implemented the ticket system and this mailing list, all the postings emailed to this list will be assigned tickets to be replied by Elphel staff.
