Ángel, 62C is OK, the sandbox camera sits by the (really cold) window, so it is colder itself. Our other (standard PoE) cameras in the office show 50C-55C. Additionally - 12V is near the low margin of the 9-36V range of the DC/DC converter used in your camera, there is a diode bridge before the DC-DC that drops about 1.5V and so converter efficiency is somewhat lower than at higher voltages. If possible I would recommend using higher voltage batteries (i.e. 14V used in some notebooks).
