I think about to start with some hardware parts my development.
My prefered setup:
10338 5M Pixel black/white Sensor

V
10359 Sensor Multiplexor Board
|
V
Adapter board
with VGA plug, RS232, 3,3V Power, Jtag
My first question is the Jtag on 10359. There exist a switch for share
some wires. It is possible to program the FPGA with a normal JTAG
adapter or do you use a special timing or protocol?
I never used such special circuits in JTAG chains.
