Hi, I found an issue between VLC and a 353 Elphel camera. Nothing is apparently sent from the camera.
I grabbed the RTSP exchanges with wireshark and I noticed the following SETUP request from VLC : Request: SETUP rtsp://192.168.0.10:554 RTSP/1.0 CSeq: 4 User-Agent: LibVLC/1.1.12 (LIVE555 Streaming Media v2011.07.21) Transport: RTP/AVP/TCP;unicast;interleaved=0-1 The camera is answering : Response: RTSP/1.0 200 OK CSeq: 4 Session: 47112344 Transport: RTP/AVP;unicast;destination=192.168.0.156;server_port=20020 VLC is expecting a RTSP stream on TCP and the Elphel camera is sending a RTSP stream on UDP. I have not read astreamer source code yet. Regards.
