1. Was it the first time you logged in (telnet?) to the camera? What commands did you try? 2. You tried powering it off and on, right? 3. When you power on the camera how do the LEDs on its back behave? Yellow should be solid on, green - blinking. 4. What's your LAN subnet? 192.168.0.xxx? What's the LAN structure? 5. What's you OS?
