I was wondering if I can get your help.
After a powercycle done on this camera, the image doesn't look as it
used to, now the colors are completely wash out almost like black and white.
I checked all the settings of the camera with no luck. The color sensor
mode is set to "color" but the image looks like this:
Before:
After powercycle:
All the settings are set as the before picture.
Also I tried to reflash the camera following this procedure:

But it seems that the liveCD (usb), that came with the camera is a
different version of the manual and it is not working as expected.
I will appreciate all your help on this, is this something that you have
seen before?
