my main computer don't like booting of the live usb stick (64bit)
and my only x86 (32bit) computer has a dead ethernet port and very

ok, retrying the elphel live usb again via virtualbox
because starting with a virgin copy of ubuntu ubuntu-12.04.5 was no fun
