Yakov, Honestly - I do not remember all the details. One thing was that 10324 was split it two parts (10342 and 10347) to support KAC16000 (with 10344 instead of 10342). And there were definitely some improvements. There was only a small batch of 10342+10347 boards made for the street view experiments, and we have only one 363 camera.
10393 board physical interface is compatible, just two feedback resistors should be replaced as the interface voltage range regulation is not large enough (1.8V to 2.8V) and the 10324 uses 3.3V.
