I have Seamonkey 1.1.1 and want to upgrade to the latest version. What do I need to do so that I don't loose my bookmarks and email.

Your SeaMonkey bookmarks, email, etc. are stored separately from the program files. On Windows your SeaMonkey profile data is stored by default under:

To upgrade you just need to run the installer of the latest version, but others recommend to uninstall the old version first (your profile data will remain intact). In both cases you'll need to reinstall any extension you've installed to the program directory and not the profile one.
