The url you gave will work with the normal history items. If it works
with the Location Bar, I can't see how to do it. There is no reference
to the Location Bar on the author's site.
Err, right. It was late when I wrote that...
Depending on what you refer to by "Location Bar history" you can either
delete items from the normal history using the History window or sidebar
(for those that appear as suggestions when typing into the Location Bar)
or use the SQLite Manager extension (for those that appear when clicking
the Location Bar at its right end) to edit urlbarhistory.sqlite.
