I use my Hosts file for its intended purpose, as a local DNS database. I even have an application that maintains it, allowing me to add or delete domain names and updating the related IP addresses. I suggest you install the AdBlock Plus extension. See <http://adblockplus.org/en/>. Use version 1.01 for SeaMonkey 1.1.x and version 1.1.1 for SeaMonkey 2. -- David E. Ross <http://www.rossde.com/> Go to Mozdev at <http://www.mozdev.org/> for quick access to extensions for Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, and other Mozilla-related applications. You can access Mozdev much more quickly than you can Mozilla Add-Ons. _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
