Hello, first time poster:

I am a Dell technical support representative.  I've got a customer who
is trying to use the SeaMonkey 2.0 suite and gets the following error
message: Please enter the master password for the software security
device.

I can find absolutely no information on this issue that applies to this
software.  Please let me know any information on this issue.
