Lets be clear about what is happening. Too much information is usually better then not enough.
You appear to be using Windows, but your headers do not make clear which version of Windows. It would be good to know that.
I assume that you have tried to update from SM 1.1.18 to SM 2.0. From what you have said, the migration of the profile worked, but one of your inboxes is not appearing in Mail/News when you open it. Is that a correct statement of your problem?
If so, one very easy thing to check are the View options. Select the account in the Folderpane, then click View>>Messages, and select All. If the messages reappear, then great.
Its probably not that simple. However, when your profile is migrated to the new location, the old 1.1.18 profile data is left intact. You should be able to find the Inbox file in your old location, and copy/paste it into the new location. Give us some more informationa and we should be able to guide you through it.
