Seamonky on win7 computer

I installed seamonky 2 on a computer with win7 on it. I would like to 
copy the mozilla folder in the documents and settings\user\application 
folder. But on windows7 it dosnt have a documents and settings folder 
anymore. Where do I put the mozilla folder on win7 so I can keep all my 
bookmarks and my email and newsgroup settings.
