I get the problem with SeaMonkey 1.1.18.
On the SeaMonkey 1.1.18 menu bar, select [Help > About SeaMonkey].
Under the large-type link for "SeaMonkey 1.1.18" at
the top of the page, do you see the following:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.23)
Gecko/20090825 SeaMonkey/1.1.18
If you see anything different, please copy the entire string and paste
it into a reply to this message.

Go to Mozdev at <http://www.mozdev.org/> for quick access to
extensions for Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, and other
Mozilla-related applications. You can access Mozdev much
more quickly than you can Mozilla Add-Ons.
