In SeaMonkey 2.0, when I hit CTRL-U for raw header. (Mail & Newsgroups),
I tried down arrow to move one line, but it acts like "END" key. I am
surprised as it jumped down to the end, I didn't want. In old SeaMonkey
1.1.x, no problem using arrow key. Is this a bug?
