Does SeaMonkey cache the translation from a domain name to an IP address? If so, how can I clear that cache?
AFAIK the DNS protocol and the name servers specify how long a program can cache a name resolution before it should request it again, and I don't know if there are any settings which could change this behavior. I don't think SeaMonkey or any other program cache name resolutions beyond the application session.
