Right click on that toolbar, choose Customize in the box that appears,
and drag that extra Bookmark into the Customize box.

I tried this and now my Personal toolbar is gone. It still shows in the
bookmark file. I don't see a way to restore it. Pls help

On the left side of where the Personal Toolbar used to be, there should
be a little tab that looks like it's folded sideways - click that. (You
may end up folding both your Toolbars and have to do it twice...one more
instance of things being presented too small...)
To get rid of the Bookmarks folder being displayed in the Personal
Toolbar, look in SM Preferences>Navigator and make sure Bookmarks is
unchecked under Buttons displayed in the Personal Toolbar.
