It sounds like you went through a lot of > unnecessary extra work. I was notified that an upgrade was available and clicked on the go ahead to get it--it was not without my knowledge. Went smoth and I was alerted that a couple of my extension would not work and they were disabled but both have been updated by their creators and work now.
