In SeaMonkey 1.1.X, it's View -> Message Body As -> Original HTML
As well as in SM2.0.1
My interpretation of the OP is that s/he sees nothing in a received HTML
email. Even if s/he had selected Message Body As -> Plain Text, s/he
should still be seeing something!
