An announcement was made more than 3 years ago that Gecko 1.9 would not
be compatible with Windows 98. SeaMonkey 2 uses Gecko 1.9 (now at
1.9.1.7 for SeaMonkey 2.0.2). Thus, SeaMonkey 2.0.2 is not compatible
with Windows 98.
