You do realize that this is mozilla.support.seamonkey? Are you saying
that a SeaMonkey update caused a problem for your Firefox install? That
should not be possible, they are completely separate applications.
Perhaps more details might help us troubleshoot this with you.

I think there are some components which are shared by both, but my
suspicion is that some vendor-packaged update had side-effects. The
rest of the complaint does not make mucho senso.
