My conjecture in my previous message appears true. The problem is caused by image files that are excessively large for the area covered by the images plus a badly designed script. Nevertheless, Premier America Credit Union personnel insist that my problem is caused by using Firefox 3.5, which I'm spoofing with SeaMonkey 2.0.3. Since they recommend that I revert to a Firefox version that can be obtained only via FTP, I'm leaving the bug report open. I have sent a letter to Premier America Credit Union with details of their problems -- both Web and personnel. -- David E.
