Recently I received much help with accessing my different accounts from
the "Go" button at the top of the mail window. I now know how to make
it work--almost. It seems that I have to do the following after every
system start-up in order to see my accounts--click View>Layout>make sure
that Classic View is selected>click Folder Pane. A short cut for all of
these steps is to click F9. This procedure will cause the letters under
"Go" to turn black--and to be responsive to a mouse click. It also
opens the side window where one can also click on an account. Once the
account is opened, the lettering under "Go" again turns gray--not
responsive to a mouse click, and the side window remains open until
SeaMonkey 2.0.3 is closed. This procedure must be repeated every time
SeaMonkey 2.0.3 is opened.
The SeaMonkey version 1.1.8 would permit the "Go" button and the side
window to remain active at all times--always available for a mouse click.
This Go/side window problem is annoying and should be looked at by some
software expert.
With the above said, how do it get this problem relayed to a SeaMonkey
2.0.3 software expert?

You first have to get a Mozilla Bugzilla account.
then sign in. The you go to bug report. then choose application
(SeaMonkey in this case).
Then you need to follow directions, and research first to see if your
bug is similar. You type keywords of your problem and see what bugs come
up. read the one that appear to sound the same or similar.
if you determine that your problem is not covered continue on choose
Platform, and what part or component is affected.
Next type a Basic Description of your problem (don't use something silly
such as SeaMonkey Blowed up my Computer. they are interested in what's
happening (Summary)
Then type steps you were doing for SM to act up. next exactly what happens.
What should have happened.
Then comments. Comments are not to to be used to fuss at the developers
then once everything filled out hit commit.
Next if you have sample images when bug officially shows up then look
for attachment and browse to your attachment next line is description of
attachment. the scroll down to commit and hit commit. next get out.
and with a few minutes to a few hours you bug should show up and you
will receive an email notification.
every time someone views and comments on you bug you will receive a
notice. click on link read the comment and comment respectfully. Be
prepared to to get comments from from that they don't like your
comments. Maybe it was how your worded comment. Grow a thick skin. Most
will take you seriously. You could end up help locate a bug.
