On the menu bar, select [Edit > Preferences].  On the left side of the
Preferences window, select Privacy & Security (not any of the subsidiary
selections for Privacy & Security).

On the Privacy & Security pane, I see checkboxes for options when
clearing private data.  I also see a "Clear Now" button to the right of
the "Ask me before clearing private data" checkbox.
