I don't see where that's fixed in 2.0.4. ;-)
I think the issue is that SM is not using threads to do stuff like this, so
everything comes to a halt while it runs. I have 70+ RSS feeds from sites,
blogs, and twitter, and in some cases I have dozens of message filters on the
feed, and I don't see this.
I do see updates when I open an account, but that usually take only 5-10 sec.
