Note I an giving direction based on my use in SeaMonkey and a Macintosh but directions should be the same: Tools menu > Addons > click on PrefBar > go to Preferences Toolbar > Options put check box in Show on menubar.
Then when you get out of addons you will see a Separate PrefBar item on main menu bar.
