Michael, Firefox and SeaMonkey both store their bookmarks in a file called bookmarks.html.
If you want to user your Firefox Bookmarks in SeaMonkey, open "Manage Bookmarks" in the bookmarks dropdown, and then select Tools->Import, select File and point to where you have your Firefox bookmarks file.
