A couple of months ago, I upgraded from SM1 to SM2, and since then, I'm having occasional quirks in folders handling.

My original upgrade to SM2 was done on a Windows XP machine and migrating to 2.0.3, but has persisted through a transfer (via MozBackup) of my data profile to a Win 7 machine, and upgrade of SeaMonkey to 2.0.4. Thus, the problems seem to be something that's specific to the data in my user profile, rather than specific version of SeaMonkey, or the host platform.

Two specific things that are happening:

1) Occasionally, in the folders pane, a folder with subfolders will stop showing the list of subfolders. I can click to expand or collapse the tree, and the display shows the plus or minus icon, but no folders. It's been a little while since I've seen this one (and now that I think of it, something that may have gone away since I upgraded to 2.0.4), but it seems to clear when I restart SeaMonkey. This particular profile is for a POP connection.

2) On another account in the same profile, I've set up several search folders, but they're no longer appearing at all, even with multiple restarts of SeaMonkey. However, if I redo a search, and then try to save the search as a search folder (with the same name), I get a conflict that notes that there's already a folder with that name.

This particular account is an IMAP account.

Any idea of what's going on here?
