When upgrading to SeaMonkey 2.0+.....

Now when I keystroke Cmd-P for printing I hear a tone. This featur can
it be removed?

OS is Tiger 10.4.11

I experience the same on 10.4.11 with most keyboard commands such as cmd/C, cmd/X, cmd/V, cmd/shift/C (mark all read). The functions operate properly. This was not a problem prior to SM2.

The way to block this is to open the browser window and enter:
about:config

In the search bar, enter:
accessibility.typeaheadfind.enablesound

Double click on this setting to change the state to false.

Or just hit the "mute" button on the keyboard :-).
