I'm not sure how you will use this but:

"C:\Program Files\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe" -main
will get you the browser.

"C:\Program Files\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe" -mail
will get you the mail

"C:\Program Files\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe" -addressbook
will get the address book and

"C:\Program Files\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe" -editor
will get the composer.
